Varietal composition: Petit Verdot, Agiorgitiko

Vinification: Combination of different varieties, with pre-fermentation cold extraction in grape pulp, alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and extraction at medium temperatures. Maturation in barrels from French oak and used. Bottled unfiltered.

Tasting characteristics: Deep red-crimson color, aromas of ripe red fruits with distinctive tones of vanilla, clove, sandalwood and aromatic herbs. In the mouth full, balanced, aromatic, with mature tannins and acidity that give vitality and promise very good development over time. Aftertaste with intensity and duration.

It accompanies rich dishes based on beef and game with red sauce and spice, as well as with aged cheeses and a plate of cold cuts.

It can be aged for many years
